Raised near the James River in Richmond, Virginia, I’m inspired by the natural beauty and rich history found here.

I studied jewelry and metals at Virginia Commonwealth University where I received a BFA. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of media from sculpture to video to folk art to feature films.

My leather, feather, pearl, copper and silver pieces adorned the Native American characters in the feature film, "The New World", and my cut-paper silhouette portraits, wooden dolls, effigies and other set pieces gave cultural credence to the film "John Adams". My work as an artisan in films bringing Virginia’s history to life has been thrilling and definitely informs my jewelry.

My jewelry tends to be organic and elegant. Each piece is an heirloom piece in itself, carrying a subtle, warm weight from the past with a sparkling new patina.

I make limited editions so as to provide original design, all either first fabricated in metal or carved in wax.

Each piece is finished by hand so that it has the imprint of the artist craftsman and is unique.
